The super high definition reproduction of the important cultural property "Ryuko zu Byobu", a set of folding screens with six panels (painted by Kan? Sanraku), which our foundation made last year as an entry for the exhibition in New York, was donated to Myoshin-ji temple with the closing of the exhibition on November 26th 2006. 2006.12.26
![]() Super high definition reproduction of the national treasure " Fujin Raijin zu Byohbu" Opened to public at Kenninji-temple (Higashiyama-ku) till Feb 28th. The super high-definition reproduction of the national treasure folding screens "Fujin Raijin zu Byobu (The Wind God and The Thunder God)" (painted by Tawaraya S?tatsu) made as an entry for the exhibition in New York was donated to Kennin-ji temple from our foundation with the closing of the exhibition on November 26th 2006. 2006.11.1
![]() Presented super high-definition reproductions Our foundation produced a super high-definition reproduction of a national treasure "F?jin Raijin zu By?bu (the Wind God and the Thunder God)", painted by Tawaraya Sotatsu (gold background on paper with color paintings/ a pair of folding screens with two panels) and owned by a head temple Kennin-ji of Rinzai Sect Buddhism, and we held a completion ceremony at a main residence of Kennin-ji temple. 2006.08.27
A replacement project of "Hoh-joh Fusuma-e", paintings on partitions, the National Treasure EH inc. and our foundation jointly launched a replacement project aiming at permanent preservation of the national treasure paintings on partitions, "Hoh-joh Fusuma-e (sliding-door paintings)". The press conference was held at Kyoto National Museum for its announcement. 2006.07.13
Introduction and promotion of Ninomaru-Goten possessing "Shohekigah Since this April, our foundation has taken charge of the management of digital images of Ninomaru-Goten (The Second Palace), those of which are owned by an old imperial villa and now a national treasure Nijoh-joh Castle, in order to introduce and promote them into the world. 2006.06.09
Donation of super high-definition reproductions of four fusuma paintings gToranomah, a Nanzenji-temple collection and important cultural properties painted by Tanyu Kano. Nanzen-ji temple, a chief temple of Nanzen-ji sect of Rinzai Buddhism, has 124 golden and jaspery paintings on partitions by the painters of the Kano school since the Momoyama era around 400 years ago. Among these fusuma paintings, we donated the super high-definition reproductions of the four paintings called gMizunominotorah (Tanyu Kano pinxt) expressing their strong presence in the Sannoma room. 2006.05.30

The Petit Palais Municipal Museum of Paris Invitation of Mr. and Mrs. Shazar, a director and a curator of the museum - Deepen international friendship exchange in preparation for the 50th anniversary of Kyoto-Paris sister-city covenant in 2008 - A director of the Petit Palais Municipal Museum, Mr. Jill Shazar, and his wife as well as a curator of its museum, Mrs. Shazar, visited Japan in mid-May. 2006.5.6

We will digitally preserve the works that belong in Kyoto Prefectural Insho-Domoto Museum of Fine Arts and post them on our web site. Kyoto Prefectural Insho-Domoto Museum of Fine Arts and our foundation started a joint project of digitalizing the works of Insho Domoto (1891-1975). We are scheduled to promote digital preservation of as many as 600 pictures on partitions scattered across Japan, which he painted for his entire life, in addition to about 2000 works that belong in the museum. Digital preservation of the important cultural property "Kokeizu or the old genealogical chart" which the Foundation of Kamoagatanushi Clan owns 2005 is the year to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Kyoto-Florence friendship city covenant. In commemoration of this year, we donated to Florence digital images of both tangible and intangible cultural properties that were photographed in conjunction with the Kyoto shrine agency. 2005.09.24

We exhibited super high-definition replicas which were made through our digital archive project. Japanese Kimono and Obi, which include traditional design and gRinpah motif inspired from pictures, were exhibited at the same time. Over 10000 people visited to this exhibition and also the exhibition was broadcasted from NHK.
